Review and Swatches : Sleek i Divine Au Naturel Palette

All these times I always use Korean beauty products. But, recently I have different mind! I decided to broaden my experience with beauty items from all over the world (that match my purse and I can get easily of course.. Lol )
So, one of my western makeup is the Sleek i Divine Au Naturel Palette. Sleek is a drugstore brand from UK which provide us with proper quality makeup with very reasonable price. This is one of the western cosmetic brand that I am interested in these days :)
Let's take a look at the appearance of this palette.
Sleek palette comes in simple but pretty black box with mineral color printed on it. I love the simple concept brought by this box.
The palette container itself is very Sleek. So slim and simple in matte black color. It sure brings elegance in its simplicity. I totally love the design. It's very easy to carry everywhere. As it also provide decent mirror and applicator, we can touch up our look anywhere :) Well I just love the design of this palette. Perfect design for me.
As its name, this palette brings 12 pretty natural earthy colors. The names are funny. For the top row from the left : Nougat, Nubuck, Cappuccino, Honeycomb, Toast, and Taupe. The bottom row from left : Conker, Moss, Bark, Mineral Earth, Regal, Noir. With these lovely color we can create natural look and even smokey look :) Now let's see the swatches.
The bottom row has more pigmentation to give deep look for our eyes. I love all these colors to create many looks.
- Conker : shimmery brown color that I love.
- Moss : matte brown with a bit green tone. I don't know why but I always love using this color.
- Bark : matte brown with a little bit burgundy color. Also become my favorite.
- Mineral earth : Shimmery brown color with a bit burgundy. A must when I want to create a shimmery deep brown look.
- Regal : My favorite. Matte burgundy color. I just love burgundy. And this color has this pretty matte burgundy shade that I totally love.
- Noir : Matte black shade that is a must if you want to create smokey look :)
From my experience I can say that this palette has pretty color collection with decent pigmentation. I have minimum fall outs when I use it, so it's a plus :) The color also shows up easily and stays on prettily even without any primer. Smokey brown/burgundy look can be achieved easily. We can also achieve nude look using this palette, so this is a perfect choice for everyday makeup.
I bought this palette from a Singaporean shop for about S$20. It's a quite great deal for me since Sleek Make Up hasn't entered Indonesia :)
Would I buy it again? Perhaps YES. Unless I can find something else with the same good quality that fits my budget as well as this baby.
That's all my opinion about this palette. Maybe other people will have different minds. So, just keep my review as a reference among many references :)

This picture shows Sleek Au Naturel Swatches from the top row colors. Some people said that they are disappointed in these colors, since they won't show up on their lids. But I have different opinion. I think these colors are lovely nude colors for my eyes. I usually use these colors as base color for my lid, hiding dark eye, or giving highlight.
- Nougat : This is a matte white/creme colored shadow.
- Nubuck : A matte greyish color. I rarely use it since it has tough consistency. Perhaps using eyeshading brush will be easier for this color.
- Cappucino : well a soft brown matte color. Good as base color.
- Honeycomb : matte light beige/yellowish color. Works wonder to cover darkness under my eye area.
- Toast : matte orange-y color. My favorite as base color. Just perfect to make my eye looks naturally bright.
- Taupe : Well, it's not a taupe color. It's shimmery white with a bit pink undertone. My favorite highlighter to bright dewy eye.
